God is Good
We had a problem. God fixed it. Then I got another one and He fixed it. That's just how He rolls. I love that.
We had a 1995 Nissan Maxima that was a problem. It wasn't taken care of before we got it. Then we got it and tried to take good care of it, but it wasn't too excited about it. It was old and had over 200,000 miles on it. Jason drove it to work for about 2 years, then one day he drove it half way home. I got a call telling me that the car died and it would be too expensive to fix while I was on my way to work. I stressed mildly, but was too busy to worry about it. Then I got off work and was informed that we needed to go pick up our new car. I was confused, but so relieved. God had a plan that He had been working on for a couple weeks preparing the perfect car for us. It's a Dodge Stratus (that looks remarkably like our old car). Jason adores that car. The old nissan didn't have air conditioning, wipers or a CD player. Our new car as all three! He's so spoiled!
Another problem I had was trying to get all of my school hours in before I wanted to graduate in December. I was worried about being able to get all my core classes and electives in two months. So, I had the opportunity to take a CLEP test which gives me the credit of a class just by taking a test that shows that I already know everything that the class would teach me. I was concerned about the class because I was informed a couple days ago that I had to get it done by Oct.1! So instead of studying for 6 weeks, like I was supposed to, I studied for 2 days. I took it this morning and PASSED! The one and only way I passed it was through the mercy of God, there was a lot of guessing and God lead me through the test, one question at a time. He is so faithful!
God is in the business of solving problems. I am not. This makes me happy.

yay! i love stories like that. congrats on your clep test - i took a few of those and they are so great. waaay better than real classes. :-)
